Controlling Academy Structure:
- 3 months limited working contract;
- Intensive general trainings (full time attendance is mandatory);
- Functional trainings and practice under supervision;
- Opportunity to join one of the teams inside the Controlling department (according to the available positions).
Offering support and learning about:
- Cost center controlling;
- Budget and Forecasting creating and various analysis;
- Controlling of internal and external charging;
- Monthly Business Reporting;
- Performing sales analysis;
- Implementing Power BI dashboard into day to day work, like utilization for Cost Center and Profit & Loss reporting;
- Performing personnel and CAPEX analysis – fixed assets investment;
- Other related processes.
